1- One account per person. If playing on a networked computer, where multiple computers from that network will be playing, send an e-mail support@decoymedia.com with the account names of all accounts that exist on said network.

2- We provide an arena relatively free from censorship. However, we reserve the right to delete or ban any empire, account or user if we receive complaints.

3- We kindly ask that you must respect the administrators and moderators of the game. They work hard to ensure that the game remains fun for all players.

4- Abusing a bug or cheating in any way is not acceptable. If you cheat or abuse a bug, your account will be deleted with the possibility of being banned. If you discover a bug or a way to cheat within the game, send an e-mail to support@decoymedia.com with as many details on how to reproduce the bug and/or cheat. Doing this will guarantee that it gets fixed as fast as possible.

5- Do not give out your password!!! If somebody obtains your password and changes anything (makes attacks, deletes the account, etc.), there is nothing that we can do. An administrator, or moderator, will NEVER ask you for your password.

6- Your accounts information will never be given out by an administrator or moderator. If you have a problem with your account, an administrator will only ask you for your account name and/or account e-mail, nothing more.

7- There will never be an exception or exemption to, or from, any rule.
